Return Rules Summary

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

Conditions for Return:

  • Product Condition: Must be in original, undamaged condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
  • Purchase Source: Must have been purchased directly from SSUPD official website. Items from third-party retailers must be returned to the respective retailer.
  • Non-Eligible Items:
    • Final sale or clearance products.
    • Personalized or customized items.
    • Gift cards.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Create a Support Ticket
    • Select "SSUPD.CO Order" 
    • Fill out the required details, including the correct purchase channel (e.g., official website) and order number.
  3. Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide detailed instructions for returning the item.

Return Process

  1. Prepare the Product: Ensure all accessories, components, and original packaging are included.
  2. Ship the Product: Customers are responsible for selecting a shipping carrier of their choice and covering the return shipping costs.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.

Refund Details

  • Shipping and Handling Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns initiated after 30 days of receipt.
  • Refund for Bundles: If part of a bundled purchase is returned, the bundle discount may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as separate transactions. Initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

      • Product Model: Include the exact/correct product model name/number when you are ordering.

  • Resolution Process

  •  Our support team will review your ticket and determine the best solution based on the issue:
    • Replacement Parts: If applicable or under warranty, we will ship replacement parts to you.
    • Return Instructions: If the product needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label (we cover the shipping costs).
    • Refund: If a refund is requested, it will be processed for the original order. You will need to place a new order for the correct product.

Cancellations
