We collect only the information you choose to provide when you reach out to us. Essential details include your email address, which we need to respond to your support inquiry. If you request a replacement part, we may also require your full name, shipping address, and, in some cases, your phone number for efficient delivery tracking. Additionally, we gather limited technical information, such as your browser type, device (PC or mobile), and the support resources you accessed before submitting your request.
How does SSUPD use my data?
We use your data exclusively for support purposes, including responding to your request and coordinating any necessary part replacements. General information, such as the type of device you use and the support materials you reviewed, is used to enhance our support content and services.
