Meshroom S V2 with ATX Motherboard + Front GPU + 240 AIO Layout

Modified on Tue, Nov 18 at 6:33 PM

While designed for compact builds, the Meshroom S V2 can support a full-size ATX motherboard. This setup is ideal for users seeking high performance in a small footprint, but careful attention to component dimensions and layout is necessary.

Motherboard Support

  • Standard ATX (305×244 mm) motherboards are supported.
  • You must use the No Riser Cable version of the Meshroom S V2 Case.
  • A 320 mm or 440 mm PCIe riser cable is required for front GPU installation.
  • Cable selection reference to below chart.

GPU Compatibility

  • Recommended GPU size for this configuration is approximately 307 × 125 × 57 mm.
  • If your GPU height exceeds 125 mm width, you must use the Expansion Bracket for proper installation, GPU width extend to 145mm width.
  • If GPU length exceeds 320 mm length, you should install Aluminum Feet to increase the base clearance.
    • Note: One DisplayPort on the GPU I/O may be partially obstructed under this layout.
    • Meshroom S V2 with Expansion Bracket limitations reference to below chart and Expansion Bracket's Manual.

AIO Liquid Cooling

  • Only supports 240 mm AIO radiators in this configuration.
  • The total thickness of the radiator + fans should be ≤ 53 mm to avoid interference with motherboard and PSU.
  • The AIO tubing can be routed from either the top or bottom of the radiator depending on your build.
    • Please plan the tube routing in advance to ensure you have sufficient space and length between radiator, GPU, and CPU block. Improper routing may cause kinks or collision with other components (PSU, MB, Case Frame).

Power Supply Support

  • Only SFX PSUs are supported.
  • ATX PSUs are not compatible with this configuration.

Install Top Fan

When you install a GPU under 330 mm long, the top of the ITX chassis clears enough room to mount a slim 120 mm fan for exhaust or supplementary cooling.
