How to Enroll in the Extended Warranty Program
Extend your product warranty from 2 years to 3 years by following the steps below.

Step 1: Prepare Your Information
Before starting, ensure you have the following details and files ready:

• Full Name (as it appears on your purchase record)
• Email Address (used for purchase or warranty communication)
• Order Number (e.g., provided by the retailer or SSUPD)
• Product Serial Number (e.g., XTAX00J; visible on the product)
• Purchase Platform (must be an officially approved SSUPD platform such as SSUPD.CO)
• Proof of Purchase (valid receipt or order confirmation)
• Review Screenshot (optional but recommended)

Step 2: Submit a Support Ticket

1. Visit our Support Page to submit your application.
2. Complete the ticket form by providing all the required information accurately.
3. Upload your proof of purchase and any additional files (e.g., review screenshot) in the “Attachment” section.
4. Review your submission carefully to ensure all details are accurate before submitting.

Step 3: Verification Process

• Our support team will review your submission and verify the provided information.
• Verification typically takes up to 7-15 business days.
• If there are any issues with your submission, our team will contact you for clarification.

Step 4: Receive Your Extended Warranty Certificate
Upon successful verification, we will issue your extended warranty certificate. The certificate will be sent to the email address you provided during the application process.

Terms and Conditions

1. Mandatory Information:
   All requested details (Full Name, Email, Order Number, Serial Number, Proof of Purchase, etc.) must be provided. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in denial of the warranty extension.

2. Eligibility:

   • This extended warranty is applicable only to purchases made through officially managed SSUPD platforms.
   • Requests must be submitted within the original 2-year warranty period.

3. Warranty Period Determination:
   If proof of purchase is not available, the warranty period will be calculated based on the product's production date. This date is determined using the product serial number and verified by our customer service team.

4. Coverage:
   The extended warranty covers the same terms and conditions as the original warranty, including protection against defects in materials and workmanship.

5. Product Eligibility:

   • The extended warranty program is currently limited to the following product:

6. Verification Timeline:
   Verification of the extended warranty application may take up to 7-15 business days. Delays may occur if required details are missing or need further clarification.

Additional Notes

• The extended warranty period adds one additional year to your original warranty, for a total of 3 years from the date of purchase.
• The extended warranty certificate will specify the updated expiration date based on your proof of purchase or production date.
• SSUPD reserves the right to deny warranty extensions for products purchased from unauthorized platforms.
